Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are just as important to us as your time. However, beginning August 1st, we are implementing our new Cancellation Policy:

• Failure to notify us within 24 hours that you are canceling your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service(s).
• No-shows may result in a No-show fee of 100% of your service(s).
• Clients that have more than two Late Cancels and/or No Shows will be asked to pre-pay before scheduling future appointments.

Simply notify us of your need to cancel and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
